Emis Access is a simple, secure and efficient system which allows you to order a repeat prescription and book appointments with a Doctor online at a time convenient to you.
Please follow the step by step instructions below to register for this service:
Step 1: Complete a Registration form
You must first fill out a short registration form which can be downloaded here or if you prefer, collected from Reception. Please complete a separate form for each member of the family that would like to register. Children under the age of 16 will need his/her parent's consent to register. You will also need to read our information leaflet which can be downloaded here.
It is important that you return the completed forms to us in person for confidentiality purposes. This is because once access is granted, you will be able to view your medications and appointment bookings online. We will ask for proof of ID to ensure that only our patient will have access to his/her online record.
Do not return the forms to us via post/email/fax as we will not be able to complete the registration process.
Step 3: Finish the Registration Process online
Once you have given your completed form to Reception, you will be given your personal login details which will include a PIN Number. It is very important that you keep this information confidential. You will then need to visit www.emisaccess.co.uk to finish the registration process as follows:
