Zero Tolerance

We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and we expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way.  We take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff and patients.  All incidents are reported to our staff and patients.  All incidents are reported to the practice manager and followed up with a letter reminding the patient that such behaviour is not acceptable and that persistence may result in them being removed from the practice list of patients.

All information held on an individual is protected by the Data Protection Act 1998.  On no account will details about you be given to any other individual, even members of your family, without your prior written consent.  If you wish to access your medical records at any time, please ask the receptionist for details of how to go about this.
