Ways to Order a Repeat Prescription
You can order your repeat prescription as follows:
Online
You can now order your repeat prescription online at your convenience. EMIS Access is a safe and secure way to order your prescription whereby the request is directly submitted onto our system. In order to do this you will need to:
1. Register at dispensary where you will get your unique pin number.
2. Log on at here and follow the online instructions. (Opens in new window)
Patients must be aged 16 and over to use this service
Prescription Box
There is a box outside the Dispensary window specifically for repeat prescription requests. All you need to do is write down your name, date of birth, current address and the medication you require and put it in the box. Your request will be dealt with as normal.
By Email, Post or Fax
You may also put a request in writing and send it to us in the post or fax it to us on 01376 550557. Alternatively you can email us at blandford.dispensary@nhs.net
By Telephone
You may request a prescription by telephoning 01376 347100 Option 2 between 10 - 11am and 4 - 5.30pm ONLY.
